The restaurant-activity of the Bosio family began in 1945 with Emilia Bosio and her son Maggiorino. It was an immediate success. In the 1963, the place became too small, so Maggiorino and his wife Graziana moved to a new site, a very nice house built in '900's where in 1970 the new "banquet hall" was created. In 1996 the son Marcello took over the restaurant successfully, while the father Maggiorino became the main chef to coordinate the typical Ligurian cooking. All the products, such as the vegetables, fruits, olive oil, wine all come from the kitchen garden. In 1999, the room upstairs that were a hotel, became the Holiday resort, and a wonderful terrace was builth with a spectacular sea-wiew. |
